Shan Channa Chaat Seasoning 60g
Product Description: This Channa Chaat Seasoning can be used to cook a chick pea meal. The seasoning has many flavors that compliments the chick peas very well especially when combined with other ingredients like potatoes. Chick peas can also be very healthy, and this seasoning will help you obtain more flavors.
Ingredients: Paprika, Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander, Green Mango, Ginger, Cumin, Cinnamon, Fennel, Black Pepper, Fenugreek Seed, Carom, Bay Leaf, Citric Acid
Aaloo Chole/Channa Chaat
Chickpeas 1 cup/200g (3-4 hours soaked)
Baking soda 1 tsp
Tamarind pulp ½ cup
Boiled potato 1 large (cubed)
Green chillies medium 2-3 (sliced)
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Shan Channa Chaat Masala 3-4 tbsp
1. Get 6-8 glasses water in a pot and boil chickpeas on slow heat for 2-3 hours.
2. Then add baking soda and cook on slow heat for 1 hour to make chickpeas soft.
3. (There should be 2 cups broth left after chickpeas soft.)
4. Add green chillies, lemon juice, potato, tamarind pulp and shan channa chaat masala in chickpeas and serve hot.
